Varon is a completely bespoke computer software system designed exclusively for this industry by Texlogistics . Varon is Cloud based at your premises giving you live access to your own stock and allowing you to enter orders and allocate stock from your own offices (or anywhere in the world for that matter). Our clients find this a particularly illuminating experience!
Varon has been designed and developed over a 3 year period specifically for the textile and wall covering industry. But in addition it is simple and intuitive to use. Checking live stock, placing customer orders, allocating stock to orders and dispatching orders is all simply a mouse click away.
The system also includes a full management information package which allows you to track which customers are ordering what, and a stock management package which gives you a clear indication of just what you're selling, and what needs replenishing. And for customers not wishing to use Varon, we can manage the system for you, simply charging an admin fee for processing each order., when your stock is booked into our warehouse each stock piece is given a unique stock ID and is scanned and recorded through every process in the warehouse. These rigid stock control measures mean that we are able to create and record a full audit trail, tracking all stock movements from stock receipt, order picking to despatch ensuring the highest levels of accuracy at all times.
